I’m Eva Still….

A close-up portrait of Eva Still smiling with her finger on her lips, set against a blurred green outdoor background.

The sudden death of my husband, Drew, when I was 30, shattered my world. Over the past 13 years, through layers of loss, relocation, and rebuilding, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and embodying holistic, body-based ways of caring for ourselves in grief. From this lived path, I now accompany others with grounded support rooted in both personal experience and professional training.

I’m a Certified Grief Coach ad Educator supporting people through grief and life transitions using a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach.  My values are informed by my background as a former clinical social worker and my lived experience as a young widow. The core of my process is meeting you where you are, offering space to feel and make sense of your experience while integrating somatic practices that support you in daily life.

This isn’t about “moving on,” but learning to live with your grief with more compassion and practical tools.

As you navigate your loss or transition… Grief coaching is for you if:

• You feel anxious, agitated, or burnt out from trying to “hold it all together.”

• You feel overwhelmed and confused by your emotions as your grief comes in unpredictable waves

• You feel isolated or misunderstood by the expectations of others.

• You feel disconnected from yourself or “shut-down” and want support that goes beyond talking to include a holistic approach to your body and nervous system.

• You’re experiencing physical symptoms such as pain and tension, trouble sleeping, or digestive problems

Support that meets you where you are.

Some days we need a safe place to share our feelings, other days we need practical tools to cope with day-to-day stress and overwhelm. As described below, my approach integrates a variety of techniques and is dynamic and responsive to what feels most supportive to you on any day.
